busking in santa monica

Today i went busking to Santa Monica! Got my performance permit and landed on 3rd street this morning. I did not make too much money but the whole experience was really good. I lured customers with the raccoon and then did card tricks for them. I never got a big crowd though. Still learning the tricks of the trade.
Gonna do some research to get some tips on doing better street shows.
I had trouble building a crowd. All the shows i did were for very little crowds. I felt like a did too many tricks and the money was not that much.
It was lots of fun. A new experience that fills me with energy and provides lots of things to learn.
