I'm such a coward!
I'm so afraid of trying out new stuff!!
I'm always doing the same tricks and never ever add anything new.
I've studied so much that my repertoire SHOULD be bigger but no, it's just small and not expanding anytime soon.
I defineteley SHOULD (duh!) go for more 'gutsie' stuff from time to time.
Take my cups and balls for example.
My C&B routine is great. If i show it to you, you'll say 'man this is great! do it!'.
Problem is that whenever i do it in real life situations, ph34r 0wnz me and the routine is a crappy one.
So in order to avoid suffering, i do all the stuff i know by heart.
Whenever i have to perform intermediate/advanced sleight of hand, the situation scares the shit out of me.
I always fool the spectators with the final loads, but the development of the routine is what sucks ass. The first and last phases of my cups and balls routine (I do williamson's) kick ass but all what's in the middle is just plain shit (i'm talking about my version of willy's routine, eh!).
Maybe i should try doing another version?
Gonna try Dai Vernon's classic.

i acctually love michael ammars version of cups and balls... i dont know if you have seen it but when he makes the third ball appear on the third cup... well, thats great magic... or misdirection, but hey, what's the difference?
Yeah, Michael's version is sooo smooth.
The third ball appearing is just a detail.
What i LOVE about his routine is the time misdirection applied to the final loads.
I think it's a Vernon idea.
That genius!
